Our team draws on the strength our collective years of lived experience, ancestral knowledge from our rich heritages, and ongoing education to provide trauma-focused, individualized Oppression Trainings for organizations to increase sustainability around being as LGBTQ+ Affirmative and BIPoC-inclusive as possible.
Trauma Training
In partnership with StartAgain Associates and the Institute for Creative Mindfulness, Roshni Chabra provides Practicum Facilitation at regular EMDR Therapy Trainings taught by Dr. Stephen Dansiger. More information and registration is available HERE. Roshni is also an EMDR Approved Consultant and provides individual and group consultation. For more information, click HERE. Additionally, in her other roles at StartAgain Associates, Roshni is Director of MET(T)A Protocol, Mindfulness and EMDR Treatment Template for Agencies, a trauma-focused, sustainable protocol for organizations, group/private practices and individual Psychotherapists.
Leadership Training
In a world with too many managers and and ill-equipped supervisors, we desperately need quality leadership and mentorship. We provide alternatives to hierarchy and training in Collective Leadership based on Decolonization, Intersectional Feminist, Anti-Oppressive, Social Justice focused, Anti-Capitalistic principles to transform organizations into being more sustainable places for people to work.
